Hosted by special guest Scott Billeci, this intimate dinner features a beautifully curated multi‑course menu from Chef de Cuisine Michael Bauer, each course intentionally paired with ZD’s expressive, estate‑driven wines.
Guests will move through a progression of seasonal, chef‑driven plates — from bright coastal flavors to rich, slow‑braised selections — each crafted to highlight the nuance, structure, and balance of its accompanying wine. The evening concludes with a decadent dessert paired with ZD’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, a finish worthy of Napa Valley’s legacy and the craftsmanship behind every bottle.
